Looking for elbow protection recommendations

Hello, my 85 lb golden has been a rear limb amputee for 2 years now and we are starting to experience some of the complications that develop over time, including inflamed elbow calluses that we are trying to prevent worsening to a hygroma. If anyone has recommendations for a single-side forelimb elbow protection device, I would love to hear your thoughts. We are looking at Dogleggs and other brands but have not been down this road before. We want to invest in something that is reliable but also try and minimize the amount of “clothing” he has to wear as he is a hot natured dog and does not like harnesses, etc, especially in the warmer months. Thank you for any experiences, good or bad, you have had with these types of “pup-wear.”
